How to Apply
Complete Application
Complete Visa Application, must be handwritten. Can’t be typed. Original signature is required, in Black Pen.
Valid U.S. Passport
- You must submit your current undamaged passport and it must have one blank visa page.
- The passport must be signed and valid for six months from the date of departure.
Visa Photos
- Passport photo services available at our offices.
- Must be 2″ x 2″ on a white background.
- Photo must not be older than one month.
Proof of Travel
Applicant must submit flight and hotel reservations.

Business Cover Letter
Applicant must submit a Business Cover Letter (BCL) from a US company. A BCL is an original document on company letterhead signed by a company official. It must provide the dates, duration and purpose of the trip. It should also include contact details (name and address) of an individual at the host company. Close the letter by accepting moral and financial responsibility for the applicant.

- You can include a prepaid return air bill in which case you will not be charged.
